Claim a new device

Claiming devices is the process by which administrators add new devices to their organization.

To claim a new device, select the space to which you would like to add the device and click the "Devices" tab. Alternatively, hover over the space name in the tree, click the hamburger menu, and select "Add Device."

Based on the device type, you'll be requested to either select it from a preconfigured integration or type in the device's unique identification parameters.
