The Dashboard gives you a high-level overview of your organization. It's constructed of two main sections:
Organizational tree - This lets you easily see which spaces have issues. Clicking on an area or space will update the main dashboard and show the data for only the selected area or space.
Tiles - The tiles area shows ticketing information and the current status of the spaces in the selected tree node - how many spaces are currently occupied, in active VC/TC/UC calls, and actively presenting.
If you are a service provider managing several tenants, you can switch between them in the top-right corner of the portal.
