SyncPro's CloudOS integrates seamlessly with ServiceNow, allowing IT help desk teams to centrally manage all their tickets in one place.
Note: For testing and development purposes, claim your ServiceNow developer instance at the ServiceNow developer portal.

Configuring the ServiceNow Integration

Follow these steps to configure the ServiceNow integration:
  1. 1.
    In the CloudOS portal, go to Settings > Integrations > Ticketing Systems.
  2. 2.
    Enter your instance URL, username, and password.
  3. 3.
    Make sure "Enabled" is checked, and press "Update."
